Hot Notes / Cool Nights Celebrates its 30th Season

In 1994, Tonia Burnette and Kelly Dehnert founded Hot Notes | Cool Nites to serve Fremont County by providing performance opportunities for young and old musicians and local bands. In addition, audiences in Lander and Riverton enjoyed four concerts that first year - two in each community. They have become a mainstay of outdoor, family entertainment for area residents.

Each concert features the Central Wyoming College Community Band and a Guest Artist. The various concoctions of amateur and professional, classical and popular folk and rock make for well-rounded evenings of musical pleasure for both artist and audience.

The 2024 Season features five concerts:

• July 8 - Riverton City Park

• July 15 - Lander City Park

• July 22 - Riverton City Park

• July 29 - Lander City Park

• August 5 - Shoshoni City Park

Concerts begin at 7 PM.

Guest Artists featured this year will include the Buffalo Bill Boycott & Dr. Jo, Davis and Mavrick, WyoJazz, Joey Leone Band, and Rob Weimann Trio.
